       China Hainan Rubber Industry Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Hainan Rubber”) was established in March, 2005, and was publicly listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange on January 7, 2011(stock abbreviation: Hainan Rubber; stock code: 601118). It is the only listed company of the natural rubber (NR) whole-industry-chain in China’s capital market, and the world’s largest multinational enterprise group involved in NR research, planting, processing, and trade.

       Based on the huge market demand in China, Hainan Rubber makes full use of the markets and resources at home and abroad, and actively implements its global layout for NR planting, processing, and trading. The company has 23 wholly-owned and controlling subsidiaries, both domestic and foreign, controls two overseas listed enterprises and one domestic NEEQ-listed company, and owns 30 natural rubber production bases, the largest natural rubber seedling breeding base in China, and 61 rubber primary processing plants (including KM) , employing about 25,000 people worldwide. Hainan Rubber manages a global land area of around 327,000 hectares, including a rubber plantation area of 253,333 hectares. Its annual processing capacity reaches 2.35 million tons (including KM). The annual processing volume and annual sales and trade volume amount to 1.31 million tons (including KM) and 3.37 million tons (including KM、ART) respectively, with all these indicators ranking first in the industry. The company has established a global footprint across 15 countries  excluding China, including the United States, the United Kingdom, Japan, and Thailand, with an extensive trade network spanning the world.

       Hainan Rubber is a proactive participant in and promoter of the development of natural rubber industry standards, and one of the few domestic manufacturers capable of mass-producing high-quality products such as specialty rubber and specialized rubber. It is also a major producer of whole latex standard rubber for futures delivery, offering a wide range of natural rubber products to global customers.
